The GSMC covenants were drafted  in 1993, approved by a vote of the property owners in 1994 and amended in 1995.

The covenants are designed to give protection, dignity and a quality of living for all GSMC property owners and residents. 

The covenants are recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cherokee County. 

A written copy of the covenants may be obtained by submitting a written request to the secretary of the GSMC homeowners association.  (Contact Us)
